Opal was a good and faithful friend. When I was first led to attend NR Baptist Temple, I sat alone. It was not long before Opal offered that I sit along side of her in her favorite pew...fifth one down on the right side...and so our friendship began.
Opal was so proud of her children and grandchildren and over the years shared their accomplishments with me.
