Mr. Farmer was well known throughout this region for his astute skills in engineeering (surveying) among many other skills and attributes. He was indeed a very intelligent man. His son, Joe & I knew each other in High School. My condolences to the family in their loss

It was an Honor & Privilege to have known Collin as a friend & fellow surveyor. We had many conversations about our surveying profession & I always enjoyed talking with him. He will be missed greatly. My condolences go out to all the family for the loss of a very fine & respected person. Collin will no longer have to suffer & is now in heaven where there are 'endless boundaries'.

Sorry to hear of Collins death.
He was a fine person to have worked under on the parkway.
Our thoughts and prayers will be with you all.
