I count it a blessing to have had such a loving cousin. I will miss seeing you at church and listening to you play the guitar. I know you are playing in the celestial choir now. You still owe me that guitar lesson by the way. I plan to get my lesson that one faithful day when we meet again… I love you, but God loved you best.

Remember
Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann'd:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.

Quentin will surely be missed. I had the opportunity to go to Dan River High School with him. He was a great person that always had a smile on his face. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time of sorrow. Be encouraged and know that earth has no sorrow that heaven can not heal.
