I MET JOE WHEN I CAME BACK FROM SERVICE IN 1971 . HE WAS THE MASTER OF THE WYTHEVILLE MASONIC LODGE WHEN I WAS RAISED IN 1975 .HE WAS A GREAT PERSON AND A GREAT FRIEND . I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HIM AND HIS GREAT SMILE . MY HEART IS WITH HIS FAMILY .
