To Ronnie, Sarah, Rhonda and Family
I have one thing to say! "Two cookies, Sherry! TWO!" :) Such fond memories of VBS's gone by... I wanted more snacks so desperately and yet, "Two cookies! TWO! You can't have anymore!"
Ah... but then, she softened. One year at children's camp she gave me several SEVERAL candy bars and I thought she had lost her mind! ;-) I felt loved!
I also remember how much care she took in trying her best to keep the church clean. She would sure let me know when I didn't! I'm sorry, Peggy!
She'll be making sure everything is perfectly spotless for the Lord in Heaven! ;-)
Today... today she is happier than we can fathom. For that, I am thankful. Maybe she has seen my mother.
We love you all and will be praying for God's comfort as I know you will miss her terribly.
Love,
Sherry Guill Holland and Family

To a great brother-in-law , sister and neice
Ronnie ,Sarah , Rhonda and family
I thank God every day that you are a part of my life. I don't have the word to tell you how I feel. Peggy has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. I remember catching the bus in Boones Mill and going downtown and shop all day, or just come to the house and hang out with her and watch her cook. Peggy cared for all of my brothes and sisters. I have alot of fond memories of her. I grew up, got married and had my own family and she loved my childern like her own, she showed this by the little things she done. My children grew up and got married and had a family of their own and she loved my grandchildren. I lost touch with Peggy other than running in to her at the store for awhile. Then in March of 07 she came back into my life. For the past 11/2 years at Pheasant Ridge she was always waiting on me when I arried for work. You see, I work there. When I was out she always ask about me. She would come to my office every morning and get her a cuo of coffee and a pack of doughnuts. She would sing to me. Ms. Peggy thank you for alowing me to be part of your life again.
With my heartfelt sympathy,
Linda
