I am so sorry to read in the newspaper of your Dad's death. I didn't know him well, but remember my parents talking about him. He worked for my Dad when he was younger driving dump trucks and carrying mail for the USPS. All of our family loved him very much and my Dad always knew that he could trust Okie in the work that he did for him. He came to give his condolence to our family 4 yrs. ago when our Mother died. He was still the man I remembered from my childhood, very loving and that precious smile. I'm happy to learn that he was a christian. Please accept my sincere sympathy.

Geneva, We know you all are saddened by the death of your Dad, but Oakie is where he longed to be his suffering is over, he has a new body now. We are sorry we couldn't come to the funeral as we live in Tennessee now, and could not arrange to be there. Oakie will be dearly missed he was such an encouragement to us with our singing ministry. We will always think of him when we sing his favorites, one of them was called "Lets meet by the river" and one day we wil do just that he will be waiting for us at the river. Love in Christ David and Pierrette "Pete" Bonham Divine Grace
