To the Thompson Family:
We are too often reminded how short life can be. Sadly, we are once again reminded in the passing of Glenn. He has been in my prayers for a long while now, but God had greater things in store for him. How wonderful that he is in his hands now! When you grow up in a town as small as Buchanan , there are no strangers. As classmates, we all knew and cared about Glenn through our 12 years in school together. It leaves another void in our lives to know that we have lost another classmate and friend. I will be thinking and praying for his family at this time. God Bless.

I grew up loving the Thompson family in Glasgow Va, and although I was closer to Rabbit and Al, I always felt as if I knew their brothers and cousins. I use to work with Glenn's brother and sister in-law and we would talk about how we should pray for him. I recently moved to Georiga and was sad to hear this news, But I have peace in my heart because Glenn 's name was written in the book of life by it's author Jesus Christ.
"The things we see now are here today, gone tomorrow. But the things we can't see now will last forever." 2 Corinthians 4:18
May God bless this family

Norma, Lorri and Family,
I have many memories of time spent with Glenn from Buchanan Elementary to BI to James River and on into our 20's. We had lots of fun times together. Recently I was fortunate to spend some time with Glenn rekindling our friendship. And for that I am thankful. He is a good man and has a beautiful family.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
