To Carrie's family and Dr. Bourhill's children. So sorry for your loss. This must be difficult for you to go through this again and so soon. My love and prayers are with all of you. I treasure the many good memories of Carrie after I came to know her when she joined the Bourhill family. God bless you all.
Love,

Carrie was a very important figure in my life. She was not only my nursing supervisor but a dear friend. Our sympathy goes to the family and she will be missed.
