Leonard worked at Va. Dept. of Transportation for many years and was always a pleasure to work with and when he would come by the office to visit he was his usual smiling friendly self. A very kind man to all!

My mom and dad were neighbors and friends with the Newman's for years. I have fond memories of Mr. Newman, always a friendly and caring gentleman. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
