Robert Hoback

Robert Hoback, 65, of Vinton, went home with the Lord, Wednesday, November 5, 2008. He was a retired Sears employee. Surviving are his wife of 47 years, June Hoback; son and daughter-in-law, Warren K. and Sherry Hoback, of Virginia Beach; grandson, Keith Hoback, U.S. Army, Afghanistan; sisters-in-law and husband, Shirley and Albert Frye, of Wytheville, Dorothy Hearn, of Richmond; brother-in-law and wife, James and Sidney Bolash, of Max Meadows; numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their thanks to the staff at Springtree Healthcare Center and a very special caregiver, Juanita Beaver. Private memorial services are planned for a later date. There will be no visitation. Arrangements by Oakey's Vinton Chapel and Crematory, 982-2221.
