Edward Lee Moats Sr., 67, of Rocky Mount, Va., passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2008. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. on Friday, November 21, 2008, from Flora Funeral Chapel, Rocky Mount, Va.
