The Family of Dave Wills: As the former Superintendent of Environmental Services in Rocky Mount, NC, I was truly saddened to learn of Dave's passing. Not only was he a very knowledgeable representative for the heavy equipment he helped us acquire, he was a friend. I looked forward to his visits, he had this chuckle of a laugh and a great big smile. We would sit and talk, much about his girls and his cars, his son and life in general. I will truly miss him! To Sam: I remember you accompanying your Dad on trips. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the Wills family. I was saddened to hear about Dave. I am the Purchasing Agent for Dare County and have done business with Dave for years. He would always come early to the Bids and we would talk about our families. I want you to know how much he loved his family. His daughters were his life. I will miss Dave. His was an honest man and a true gentleman.

To the Wills family. Dave was a kind, gentle, and pleasant man. He always had time to sit down and visit before he got down to business. He was very proud of his daughters. Dave will be missed at Dare County Public Works. May God bless you and comfort you during this difficult time.

To John & Sam
Your dad will be sadly missed, Sam, he loved you so much and wanted you to do well in life. So please put your trust in God as he will be the only one to guide you in the right direction. John, I know this is very hard for you, as you and David were like twins where you seen one the other was close behind, Ihope you will see fit to take Sam under your wing as I am sure that would be the way David would have wanted it. Just remember David has alot of true friends and would do anything for your family, just please ask if you need anything. Greg Terry and Jo Ann Woody and Store 2040 Advance Auto Parts Gang we send our prayers and thoughts to John and Sam and family during this tough time. As David was like a part of the Advance Family. Our prayers are with you!!

I am so sad to hear of David's passing. I remember him as a gentle person with caring eyes. I know you will miss him greatly. I believe he was in school with my brother, Frank, who has been ill himself. I know how much we love our little brothers. No matter how they tower over us, they are still our "little" brothers. I pray your fond memories and knowing he is present with the Lord will sustain you in the coming months and years. Love, Colleen Jennings Moore

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. The love of family and friends will give you strength. May you draw comfort from the scriptures. Hebrews 11:1 reads - "Faith is the assured expectation of things hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities though not beheld." You are in my prayers.

We are so sorry about David's unexpected passing and our heart go out to the family. I remember meeting Sam's Dad at church and he was such a nice person. Earth's loss is Heaven's gain, and I know he is walking with Jesus right now. May it help to remember that you will see David again one day, never again to be parted. May God give the family comfort and peace during this sad time.
