Dear Amanda, Scott, Mark & Barbara,
I know how much you love Sidney and how much care you have given her. She is a special little girl who has touched countless lives. You all have been a great inspiration throughout Sidney's life and have found ways to show the world that God's grace is sufficient. I pray that Jesus will wrap His arms of comfort around you and hold you tight just as He did when He took Sidney home. How special to know that she is with Jesus today and suffering no more. I love you all.

I was shocked and saddened by the news of Sidney. Nothing will ever fill the void that is in your heart, but know that she is in a wonderful loving place. This is a sad time and a time that include feelings that are almost unbearable. But we all have to cling to that hope and promise that was given to us many years ago. Although at this moment we are not free from our pain, we do know that little Sidney has her freedom from pain and she has her freedom to jump and dance and sing. Sidney will still be with us here in our hearts and she will be waiting for us in heaven. Our prayers are with you.

My heart felt heavy with sadness when I heard that Sidney was placed into hospice care. I started thinking of you and the past two years of your life with Sidney and the heaviness started to lift. You were an amazing mother and best friend to her, you were always thee for you wen she needed you and held her close to you though it all. You need to remember who held you through all of it- the Lord. He will continue to hold you as you cry yourself to sleep and be there right beside you in the morning - He will give you and your family strength to make it through one more day. I know your faith is strong and that you are at peace yet still hurting. I can only imagine the pain you feel.
I'm sure this holiday season will be difficult for you.... find special ways to celebrate Sidney's life and remember all the lives that she touched in her 2 short years on earth..
