Jake Henry Fridley

Jake Henry Fridley, 93, of Elliston, Va., went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 27, 2009. He is survived by his nephews and spouses, Martin and Robin Fridley, of Eagle Rock, Va., Joe and April Fridley, of Salem, Va., and Bud and Becky Shinault, of Wytheville, Va.; nieces and their spouses, Susan and Joe Weiner, of Salem, Sandy and Rob Newcomb, of Buchanan, Va., and Sharon and Bob Heintz, of Ohio. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, nephews and other extended family members. The family will receive friends at The Horne Funeral Home on Thursday, January 29, 2009, from 5 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, January 30, 2009, in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Kenneth Gray officiating. Interment will follow in Monte Vista Cemetery in Bluefield, W.Va.
