Ruth D. Benedict, 92, of Hillsville, passed away Friday, January 30, 2009. Funeral 11 a.m. Monday, February 2, 2009 at Crooked Oak Baptist Church. Arrangements by Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel.
