In memory of Ray Johnson: From his son, Jon,

"A wonderful father and role model, he had been a constant figure of inspiration and love. Not only was he proud of me but, he was a tower of support for my life-dreams and my ongoing development as a professional classical musician."
From his daughter, Sabrina,

"Daddy" any man can father a child, but it takes a truly great man to be called "Daddy." He was always there for me. He gave me guidance to become a better wife and mother, even when it was not easy for me to hear. Daddy, thank you for loving me enough to do so. I love you, Love Sabrina.
From his stepson, Clay,
A great stepdad who was always there when I needed him, and was honest with me no matter what. He got me through hard times and I was happy I could help him through his. Love ya Rayford. Clay

Ray and I are cousins and we grew up together. I was born in Sept. and Ray in November. I have wondered for years about him and where is was located. We lost contact when I went to Tennessee to college.
Ray was very special to me and I regret we lost contact. My sincere sympathy to his wife and children.

Ray was a great guy. Always smiling and joking!- His famous line was always "Where you been"?!! I worked with him [before his resent retirement] the last 3 years. It was great knowing him. I was sorry to hear of his passing and I send my best to his wife and his family.
