Bubba, Carol and family,
Just read of your mom's passing. I am so sorry. She was always one of the special ones to me during our time at Pannill. I always loved her smile and hearing her laugh. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Remember

Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann'd:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.

Bobby and Carol,
I'm so saddened by your Mother's passing. I was fortunate to have had the chance to visit with her at Mom's in December just before she got so sick.
Your Mom was such a wonderful Christian and I remember fondly her teaching our Sunday school class at Haven's when I was a teenager.
She was so good to my Mom during the years and I know they really enjoyed each other especially in recent years, doing some traveling together and going out to eat. I know Mom will miss her presence.
Our time here is so fleeting and we get blessed so often to be associated with people that touch our hearts. Your Mom was one of those people in my life and I appreciate that more than you know.
It's comforting to know that today she is free from her suffering and in the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
My family and I will continue to lift you all up in our prayers in the days and weeks to come.
God bless you and your families during this sad time.
