Carolyn was a dear coworker and friend when we both worked at the VAMC. Also knew her family (her Mother and Minister Dad and her husband).
She also provided music for my wedding many years ago. I can feel her smiling at me as I'm writing this (now that she is an Angel in her heavenly home)! Elaine

Sister Green and "Bass"
We love the both of you so much, and Carolyn holds a special place in our hearts (the Witcher Family). We are going to miss Carolyn, but she is now in eternal rest and has received complete healing. "Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot cure", and when we all get to heaven, we will see Carolyn again and what a day of rejoicing it will be. God Bless you and may heaven shine upon you during your time of sorrow.

MOM GREEN & BRO BASS,
MY HEART IS EMPTY TINERBELL, WAS LIKE A BIG SISTER TO ME, I WAS 7 YEARS OLD WHEN I MET THE GREEN FAMILY, THROUGH OUT THE YEARS CAROLYN WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR ME, SHE PLAYED FOR MY FIRST WEDDING, I COULD ALWAYS TALK TO HER AND MAMA GREEN, WHEN CAROLYN WOULD CME TO THE LGMC FOR HER TREATMENT'S, I WOULD TAKE MY LUNCH AND BREAK'S & MAMA GREEN WOULD CALL ME AND SAY WE ARE HER, IT WAS A JOY TO GO OVER AND SIT WITH SIS & MOM, I WILL MISS HER SO MUCH BUT SHE WILL LOOKING DOWN ON ME FOR SHE IS ANGLE PLAYING HER WITH KEY BOARD AND SHE HAS HER WINGS, MOM I LOVE HER SO MUCH THE TALKS, AND SMILES,LOVE YOU SO MUCH THAT GOD WILL SEE US ALL THROUGH THIS TIME OF OUR DAUGHTER,WIFE,SISTER, CAROLYN KNOW WHAT I WAS GOING THROUGH WILL MY ILLNESS AND THE PRAYERS, MOM GREEN & BASS KEEP YOUR HEADS UP TO THE SKIES, AND YOUR HEARTS OPEN,GOD WILL MAKE IT BETTER AS TIME GOES ON,

I met "Tinkerbell" and her wonderful mother at Lewis Gale Infusion Center when we were both there for treatment. I was so sorry to hear of her passing and the family has been in my prayers. God now has another angel to sing in his heavenly choir.

Sis Green & Bass Tinkerbell will always be loved and missed. She was one of the best God Mothers any child could ask for. She was always there to give support and love. Her big hugs and kisses will be greatly missed. We will continue to do well in school because I know she wanted this for us.We love you and will keep you in our prayers.

Deepest Sympathy & Love to all the Baskerville & Green family members in the loss of Carolyn ("Tinkerbell") while I was out of state. Will always remember working with Carolyn, Walter and Alice at the V.A. Medical Center and fondly recall the music they provided for special events when Rev. Green was still alive and they performed for our EEO events in the auditorium. On a personal note, Carolyn provided the organ music for my last wedding and was truly an inspiration to all who knew her and her beautiful family.

I want to express our sympathy, we were once neighbors. Mr. and Mrs. Junious Barlow that lived directly behind you on Staunton Ave. are my parents. I will always remember coming over and talking to you or Carolyn. As, I have moved away from Roanoke, the memories linger of the ole neighborhood. Momma Green and Bass,
I will miss Carolyn.I talk to her two weeks ago. She seem talking to her on the telephone in good spirit. She even gave me some verse from the Bible to lift me up. I had lost my second brother in November last year. Talking to Carolyn,she lift my spirit up. She was a loving person,a good friend. I will miss chatting with her on the computer. I know Carolyn a angel to heart. It wasn't a person that Carolyn met that she didn't make them comfortable or made you laugh. Carolyn help you lift up your saddness in the time of sorrow and grief.

Ms. Green and Mr. "Bass"
I really don't know what to say. I've never met anyone like "Tinkerbell" before. She was one of the sweetest people I've ever known and in a very short time, made an incredible impact on our lives. Dealing with the illness of my Grandfather and recent loss of my Grandmother was difficult, but knowing that I would see her made it so much better. Selfishly I'm sad, but I understand EXACTLY why the Lord took her!! God Bless You and Be Kept In His Grace. We Will Miss Her Beyond Words.
