Linda Weidner Obituary

Linda J. Weidner, 57, of Roanoke, Va., went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 1, 2009. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by a sister, Debra J. Booth; and father, Daniel Booth. She is survived by her husband, Jeff Weidner; her golden retriever, Chloe; two daughters and sons-in-law, Lori and Riley Fielder, and Jenny and B.J. Wimmer; grandchildren, Billy and Miranda Fielder; her best friend, Cheryl Brooks; mother, Jean Potter; brother, Daniel Booth and wife, Annette Booth; and mother-in-law, Marion (Grady) Weidner. A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2009, at the First Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Earl Robertson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Church of the Nazarene, 728 Highland Ave., S.E., Roanoke, Va. 24013. Arrangements by Oakey's North Chapel & Crematory, 540-362-1237.
