Mae Dooley Obituary

Mae Myers Dooley, 97, of Troutville, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Marshall Dooley, Sr.; son, Boyd Dooley, and nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children and spouses, Marshall (Colleen) Dooley, Jr. of Salem, Tommy William (Hazel) Dooley of Roanoke, Kenneth D. (Robin) Dooley of Eagle Rock, Lewis Walter "Buddy" (Nancy) Dooley of Boones Mill, Donald L. (Sandra) Dooley of Roanoke, and Robert Edward (Vicky) Dooley of Buchanan; 21 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren and greatgreat-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the Staff of the Brian Center Nursing Care in Fincastle for all of their love and care. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at 12 noon in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Rev. Irvin W. Sloan and the Rev. Troy E. Mays officiating. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Roanoke. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 9, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Botetourt Funeral Home, Buchanan, (254-3000).
