Douglass Stewart Obituary

Douglas A. Stewart, 66, passed away on March 7, 2009 at his home. Although residing in New Jersey for many years, he called Christiansburg, Va. home for the last 21 years. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Hedda Stewart. Together they enjoyed their four children, Donna Stewart (already in heaven), Dawn Wade, Bart Stewart and Kori Stewart along with six grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Daniel Kelly, Dr. R. Brown and Pulaski Medi-Home Hospice for their dedicated care and prayers. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at the family home. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
