Mr. and Mrs. Perry,

I was a neighbor of Brad and Cindy's on Byron Drive. Cindy was such a wonderful person. She and I always compared our houses - they were so very much alike. Mr. Perry, Cindy talked about you all of the time and all of the wonderful things you did to her home on Byron. She just adored you both. Cindy was such a special lady and so proud of the weight she lost some years ago.

Please know that my husband and I will miss Cindy's smiling face and wonderful personality.

Warmest regards,

Sonny and Rosemary Tolley
