Aunt Peggy, Jeff & Mike. My heart is broken. I know you haven't accepted the fact that he is not with us any longer. A wonderful uncle and very unique gentleman. My memories of him go back to my being 3 yrs old and him taking me to get my arm sewed up. I will always remember his special name for me "Pissanna". I love you all & my prayers are with you.

Dear Stoval family, my wife and I were away on vacation and just heard about Joe's passing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you. Joe was very lucky to have such a close family and numerous friends. He will be missed. I will always remember his big smile and the love he had for all of you.

I was stunned to read about Joe's passing. Joe was a fixture in the Vinton community and such a blessing to my life as a teenager at William Byrd. I can only offer words of simpathy and prayers during this time of grief.

We are so surprised and sorry to hear of the loss of Mr. Stovall. We really enjoyed talking with him at the Byrd baseball games. As a matter of fact, we were just talking with him Thursday night. He was definitely an avid fan. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
