The employees of Rocky Mount Tractor offer our deepest sympathy to the Carroll family. We met Ralph when he bought his tractor. It wasn't long before we began to also think of him as a friend. We feel honored and privileged to have been associated with Ralph and thank God for the time we had with him. He earned our respect from his words, actions, habits, and character. His destiny was never in question. God bless.

My condolences to the Carroll Family. Ralph and I grew up in the same neighborhood. I am a litte younger and he knew my older brothers and sisters better. His name was well known in all local law enforcement agencies. He was as good a police officer as they come. We at the Rocky Mount Police Dept. will all miss Ralph. He was a special person.
