I can't believe the years have passed so rapidly since we lost out Betsy...still doesn't seem real....there isn't a week that goes by that I don't think of my dear friend and regret we lost touch and I wasn't there for her when she needed me. Love you Girl....

Jeff,
I don't know if you remember me or not, Lucinda. Your mother and I were best and special friends throughout high school and many years after. I have had her on my mind for months now and attempted to find her to no avail. I found out today she passed away and I am heart broken.
Your mother and father and I were the best of friends when they first started dating. He may remember me.
My heart goes out to you and your family. Betsy was such a special and dear person to me. I wanted to see her so bad and had no idea she was ill.
I'll always remember our times together and especially all the trouble she and I got into in high school. We had so much fun and spent almost every day together.
I have missed her so much and now I shall miss her forever.
Words cannot express the pain and loss I feel. It's as if part of the special times in my life are gone.
Please contact me and let me know everything about your mom.
I regret I cannot come to her memorial serivce but she and all of you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
