Mary and Joe, I want to express my sympathy to you at this time of grief. I appreciated J.B.'s business over the years and even more his business ethic. He wanted quality work done at a fair price in a timely manner. I respected him greatly and am very saddened to hear of his passing.

Mary and Joe
My thougths and prayers are with you. JB was a wonderful man and was always so kind and generous to me and my family. I'll never forget the time when he let me drive his brand new Corvette ( I was in high school) - I remember him telling me to go faster, go faster. What a great time ...I can still vividly recall that day. And the time he took our family to the Hotel for my graduation with my grandmother and aunt( he treated them like royalty )...we had such a great time. To me, JB was a classy, elegant and kind man and that is how I will always remember him.
May God bless you with peace and comfort.

Becky: I am saddened by JB's passing and know how upset you must be. You and JB have worked together for many, many years and his presence will be greatly noticed in Roanoke. I know you will miss him both professionally and personally. My prayers are with you, Mary and his son, Joe, whom I have yet to meet. God bless all of you. Am so sorry I couldn't make it to funeral but too far too fast. Tom and Betty Clark/H&B Assoc

Mike and family,
So sad to hear of J.B.'s passing. I will always remember him as a very upbeat, friendly, and courteous gentleman. As our landlord he went out of his way to accommodate us. We became friends and exchanged pleasant conversations. Again, I am so sorry for your loss. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Mary and Joe: I knew JB long before H&B Associates ever began. Often we would laugh together, sometimes argue together, but we always remained true to one another. I will personally miss him very much. He was a good person, and even though we had our business disagreements, I always respected him. I will miss him! If there is anything Mary I can do for you, please do not hesitate to call me. I wish I could attend the funeral but am unable to make the trip.
