Ruby Angell Obituary

Ruby Hall Angell, 88, of Rocky Mount, Va., died on Monday, August 10, 2009. She was born January 15, 1921, a daughter of the late William and Mary Moore Hall and was also preceded in death by her brother, Junior Hall; and sisters, Goldie Bailey and Tressie Chitwood. Surviving are her sisters, Starrine Pugh and Christine (Lawrence) Sloan; sisters-in-law, Goldie Caldwell and Minnie Hall; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, David Story and Jeanette Carter. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2009, from Lynch ConnerBowman Funeral Chapel with Mr. Rick Arrington and Minister Glen Willcut officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 12, 2009, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lynch Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, 140 Floyd Ave., Rocky Mount. www.lynchconnerbowman.com
