Thomas Garfield (Buddy) Perdue, 77, of Elliston, Va., passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2009. Funeral service 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2009, in the chapel of John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home, Salem, Va., 540-389-5441.
