Truman Daniel Obituary

Truman Knox Daniel Jr., 85, of Christiansburg, Va., passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2009. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. on Sunday, August 16, 2009, at St. Paul United Methodist Church with a visitation an hour before. The Daniel family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, Christiansburg, Va., 540-382-2612.

Truman was a fine southern gentleman and respected by many people, including myself. I will miss his sweet smile and gentle, friendly nature. My heart goes out to you in your loss. May your memories carry you through in the days ahead and please know the prayers of others are with you. You have my deepest sympathy.
