Lezan Family,
Many moons ago, the Lezan and Fulton Families were close. Holidays were spent together, having been transferred away from our families, binding us together as 1. Summer shutdowns from GE had us down the shore for 2 weeks, enjoying the sun and sand. Had the fortunate experience to meet Marion and Rick and his lovely daughter in Atlantic City with my Mom. George will be surely missed by all his grandchildren, he was a kind man who always made me laugh..so sorry to all for your loss.

Dear Patty and family,
My grandparents Camille and Dido Guerreiro were friends of the Lezan family from the early 1920's. My mother and father, Sheila and Candido, were life long friends of Georges. I grew up calling Georges my "uncle" as he was my Godfather. I have very fond memories of my mother, sister and I visiting the family in Marblehead,Mass. in the 1950's. To my delight the visits included water fights with buckets and hoses in and around the yard in which uncle Georges was always the winner. On another occassion uncle Georges and I rode the commuter train, that stopped in front of the house, to Boston and back. Uncle Georges talked with the conductor and I was allowed to ride with the engineers which was a real adventure. I am so very glad to have had uncle George as part of my life. I haven't talked with him in the past couple of years but have kept up with him and the family through his conversations with my mother.
My father died two years ago in Brasil and when I returned to probate the estate I found some pictures among his belongings of the Lezan family, dad and uncle Georges. I have attached these pictures from 1929 to the photo gallery.
Uncle Georges was a fine man and a wonerful person. My wife Susie and I send our heartfelt condolences to you and your family.

To Patricia Lezan,
My wife and I lived in Roanoke between 1982 and 1988 and I worked with a Patty Lezan at Friendship Manor Nursing Home in Roanoke bewteen 1984 and 1988. I am working under the assumption that you are the same Patty Lezan and please excuse me if I am wrong in my assumption. If you are the same Patty Lezan that I used to work with, I would like to express my sorrow upon learning of the death of your husband. I enjoyed the time I time I spent working with you and Greg Dowdy at Friendship Manor. A lot has happened to my wife and I in the last 21 years since I left Friendship Manor, but I still have fond memories of living in Roanoke and working for Greg.
I just wanted to let you know that I had come across your husband's obituary while I was going through the Roanoke Times on-line and I wanted to express my condolences to you and your family at your loss. If you are not the same Patty Lezan that I used to work with, I still want to express my condolences at your recent loss.
Take care and best wishes to you and your family.
