Robert was one of the most decent human beings you could hope to meet. I had the pleasure of working with him on HUD properties. He always treated everyone fair and with respect. Children would gather around in anticipation of receiving candy, which he always had on hand for them. If he was off, the children would ask where he was and when he would return!

My heartfelt sympathies go out to all of his family and loved ones. He was a very special person and a good friend.

Yall should be so proud of Jenkins he was truly a wonderful man and he helped me so much as a police officer. I remember when I would come by to check out things he would come to me and tell me I got your favorite drink in the cooler boy was it cold. He spoke highly of his family.
