Margaret Elizabeth Prillaman

Margaret Elizabeth Prillaman, 89, of Rocky Mount, Va., passed away on Monday, September 14, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Claude A. and Inie Prillaman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her brothers, Anderson, Christian (John), Jack and infant Joseph; and one sister, Ann McBride. She is survived by her sister, Ruth Bousman and husband, Tommy; her sisterin-law, Leslie Prillaman; several nieces and nephews, including those special to her; Frank Bousman, Sue Murphy and husband, James, Buddy McBride and wife, Geralene; as well as great-nieces and nephews. She was a long time member of Rocky Mount United Methodist Church and retired from J.P. Stevens Weaving Mill. Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2009, from Flora Funeral Chapel with the Rev. DeRoy Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in the Prillaman Family Cemetery in Callaway, Va. Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
