Dearest Dottie, I'm just now learning of Jack's passing. It saddens me so. He was a jolly ole fellow and always made me smile. I looked forward to the two of you coming in to see Dr. Feldman. I knew I was in for a treat. I learned so much from the two of you - how you flirted with each other as a young couple and how the flirting continued for an amazing 66 years. You showed such respect and love towards each other, and I really admired your love. Dottie you have suffered a great loss, but I have a feeling Jack is not very far away from you. He wouldn't have it any other way. You and your family - your
great big family - your children, 8 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren have been richly blessed by having such a loving husband, father, grandfather and GREAT-grandfather. I'm sure that all who knew him will miss him. I thank you for the many stories that you and Jack shared with me (I feel I can respectfully call him Jack as he "wouldn't have it any other way". I will continue to remember you in my prayers. May all of the wonderful memories keep you company as you remember your loving husband. May God continue to bless you with his love and care. Your friend, Debbie Long
