Thoughts and prayers are with your family as I remember Mrs. McClanahan. She was in our home every week, and I remember her funny comments to this day. She was a part of my family's history, and I know she brought joy to many others in Pulaski. She lived a long and fruitful life.

Please know my thoughts and prayers are with your family right now. I am now 53 years old, but I still remember Mrs. McClanahan very well from when she helped clean my mother's home when I was growing up. I was just a kid, but she would always take the time to talk with me, make me laugh, and was so good to me. I was learning to sew, and I remember we would talk about that and she would give me help on how to do it right. I think of her as one of God's special people.

Sincerely,
Marianne Sadler

BIG MAMA,

We love you and will miss you, but we know you are in a better place, because you are resting with the "King of Kings" and The "Lord of Lords". Until we meet again -
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face; the rains fall soft upon your fields, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
