Violetta Quesenberry Obituary

Violetta Phillips Quesenberry, 81, of Dugspur, Va., passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carsley Quesenberry. She was a member of the Indian Valley Church of God. She is survived by sons, Russell Quesenberry and wife, Bonnie, and Richard Quesenberry and wife, Zelda; three sisters, Ila Thomas, Alma Ratliff, and Mae Spicer; three grandchildren, Laurie Whelan, Sasha Presley, and Shannon Underwood; and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 11, 2009, at the Indian Valley Church of God with the Rev. Kenneth Poston and the Rev. James Walker officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2009, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Indian Valley Church of God.
