Bill Farmer

I went to boarding school with Dr and Mrs Weller's son back in the sixties and I have fond memories of the entire family. Dr Weller knew a Frank Farmer in his younger days and he and I would always address each other as "Frank". His sense of humor and his kindness towards me will remain in my heart forever ....

I will always remember Dr Weller as a rad whom you had to have your ducks in a row when you went to show him films. It was years before I ever knew that he knew my name. He was always a teacher. He will be missed.

Cissy and Ann, I just wanted you both to know you were in my thoughts all last week and I'm so sorry you lost your beloved Husband and Father. I knew Ann had told me he was a doctor but I had no idea he was such a distinguished gentleman. I know you will miss him very much because I lost the best Step-Father in the world this year and I miss him terribly! My deepest condolences to you both. Love, Kay

Dear Cissy,
Our family will cherish the memories that we have of Da. He was a gruff yet gentle giant who embraced "That Girl" like one of his own. We love you and will say prayers for you and for Da's sweet soul!

Cissy, I was so sorry to learn of Bill's "passing", especially after just talking with you the other day. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your children. I fondly remember walking my Sadie dog down Rt. 666 and seeing Bill riding the golf cart with the two black poodles that just love to "attack" you from their leashes attached to the cart. It always worried me to have to pass these two and I could see Bill just laughing at the entire experience. He really got a "kick" out of those two. I missed seeing him on the road. Take care Cissy and call if I can ever help. I am just a minute away. Love to you, M. Ann Gagnet

Cissy, So very sorry to read about Dr. Weller. I do have fun memories of him coming in the store and giving Darlin a hard time, but I think she look forward of seeing him as much as he did her. I have a quote that I would love to share with you and your family, "When you remember me, it means that you have carried something of who I am with you-that I have left some mark of who I am on who you are. It means that even after I die, you can still see my face and hear my voice and speak to me in your heart. For as long as you remember me, I am never entirely lost" Cissy, I do love and Miss seeing you. You and your family are in my prayers.

I am sorry to hear that Dr. Weller is no longer with us. I worked at CRMH for a number of years before he retired. He had a weird sense of humor, I get tickled just thinking about some of the things he said and the way he said them, such as when he answered the phone in his office "SPEAK" and when it was Cissy on the other end, how his tone completely changed to show how much he loved her. Also the Nick names for everyone. He will be missed.

Micki, Anna Catherine and I were so sorry to hear about Da. Although we did not get to see him so much over the past few years, we always considered him to be our 'Grandpa at the lake' His direct and crusty sense of humor was the source of so many laughs, and great memories. But even better was the warm and gentle heart and the genuine love he felt for ALL his family. Our prayers and love go out to him and to all the people he touched.

I worked in x-ray at RMH for about seven years and really liked Dr. Weller.
He always tried to be so tough but he was really a kind person.
May he rest in peace
