Ann Huffman Obituary

Ann Wysocki Huffman, 65, of Roanoke, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2009. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was employed for a time at Halmode Corp. and volunteered at Salem Health & Rehab (Camelot). She was preceded in death by a nephew, Dean Huffman. She is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Douglas E. Huffman; mother, Lucille Ramano Wysocki; a sister, Jeanette Snodgrass; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Reba and Bruce Leuthold; aunt and uncle, Nick and Ann Ramano; best friends, John and Sue Imp, Nancy and Cary Caudill; nieces and nephews, William, Vicki, Rita, Raymond, Dwayne, Karen, Paula, Teresa, Donna, Angie and Jeff. Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Monday, October 26, 2009 at Lotz Salem Chapel. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The family would like to thank the nurses at Carilion, 5th Floor West and the Palative Care Unit for their wonderful care. Arrangements are being handed by Lotz Funeral Home, Salem.
