Theresa, I am so sorry to hear about Joe's passing. My deepest condolences to you and your family.
I don't think I ever got to meet Joe, but I remember you as a child.
I am your dad's cousin, B. J., from UT. Sorry I haven't gotten to see you over the years when I've had a chance to get to VA.
Love to you, your mom, brother and family.
God be with you at this time.

My prayers go out to Joe's family. Joe was a wonderful man, my husband Brian worked very close with Joe in the scouts especially in the Venturing. What a fine man. It was a blessing to have known Joe.
