Shelby Simpkins Memoriam

In Loving Memory of Shelby J. SIMPKINS 10/29/1940 8/12/2009

God looked around his garden and found an empty place. He then looked down upon this earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest, God's garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering, He knew you were in pain, He knew that you would never get well on earth again. He saw that the road was getting rough and the hills are hard to climb so he closed your weary eyelids and whispered "Peace be thine." It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn't go alone for part of us went with you the day God called you home. It's lonesome here without you, we miss you more each day, life doesn't seem the same since you have gone away. When days are sad and lonely and everything goes wrong we seem to hear you whisper "cheer up and carry on." Each time we see your picture you seem to smile and say, "Don't cry, I'm in God's Hands, We'll meet again some day!" Happy 1st Birthday in Heaven, Mom. Although you are sadly missed, you are forever in our hearts.
With all our love,
Linda, Troy, Jared, April, Mack and Family, Wanda, Nancy, Brenda, Claude,
and Many Special Friends
