Alvin Lee Neece

Alvin Lee (Bobby) Neece, 72, of Riner, Va., passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2009. He was preceded in death by his sister, Pauline Atkins. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Ruth Rose Neece; paternal children, Alvin C. Neece and wife, Terri, of Shawsville, Va., Sandy Sawyers, of Riner, Va., Sharon Yopp and husband, David, of Riner, Va., David Neece, of Riner, Va.; stepchildren, Debbie Snyder, of Riner, Va., Jimmy Graham and wife, Janet, of Atlanta, Ga., Tony Graham, of Riner, Va., Richard Graham and wife, Ellena, of Riner, Va.; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Harry Neece, Harold Neece, and George Neece. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 30, 2009, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Lighthouse Family Ministries with the Rev. Buford Linkous officiating.
