Alice Wright Dillon

Alice Wright Dillon, 86, of Rocky Mount, Va., passed away on Monday, November 2, 2009. She was born on April 19, 1923, a daughter of the late Eubie E. and Sallie J. Dillon. She is also preceded in death by sisters, Doris Dillon and Nadine Fuller; and brothers, William (Flap) and Frank Dillon. Surviving are her nephews, Lloyd Wayne Wright, Tim Whitis and wife, Debbie, Greg Dillon and wife, Debra, and Mark Dillon; nieces, Tracy Dillon, Teresa Hall, and Tammy Dillon; special great-nephew and family, Steve, Laurie, Sydney and Sam Wright; a number of other nieces, nephews, greatnieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law, Addie Dillon. Graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2009, from the Dillon Family Cemetery, Gilford Road, Wirtz, with the Rev. Rick Poland officiating.
