To You and Your Family with Deepest Sympathy.
"Losing someone who is loved and needed is life's greatest sadness but although they are no longer with you, may you find them always in your heart".
I knew Judy from many years back, in fact, I went to grade school with Debbie.
Judy was always the same even many years later. Always a smile and a friendly hello.
What a special lady.
My prayers are with you and may you sense God's presence with you during this time of sorrow.

Judy was one of my dearest friends. We worked together at Donnkenny and the Treasurer’s Office and I can say that Judy's goodness, her caring and her ability to make you laugh made her a joy to be with. Our shopping trips would start with a prayer and end with a group hug with many special memories packed into each excursion. Her faith was strong and she lived what she believed. She was a behind the scenes person, helping others but not wanting any recognition. She often expressed of her greatest wish that others accept Jesus Christ as their Savior and keep the faith so they will be with her throughout eternity. To Jackie,Todd,Christie,Lisa,Tom,Austin,Carson and Easton–God bless you and comfort you – Cherish the special memories and keep the faith.

We are deeply saddened at Judy's passing. She was a wonderful person, whose family was very important to her. Judy was a true asset in the Treasurer's office. Her work ethic was of the highest standard and constant.
Judy showed unusual strength and courage during the course of her battle with cancer. Hers is an example many of us will never forget and from which we all benefitted.
Know of our thoughts and prayers. May God's very special peace and comfort be yours in the coming days.

Judy was a wonderful, caring person.
Her faith in God was evident in her life. She was a good friend who always had a positive outlook and a smile on her face. Hold to the thoughts that she is with her heavenly father. She no longer suffers,she has no more pain. Jackie and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Judy's passing. I worked with her in the Treasurer's Office for several years. She was as dear a friend as anyone could wish for. Just look into the Heavens and there is a new Bright Star that is our Judy. May your loving memories comfort you at this saddest of times.

I am sorry to hear about Judy's passing. I attended Radford Wesleyan for a while and always enjoyed talking with her. She was a friendly person and will be missed by all who knew her. May God be with you as you face the times ahead without her.....

I am the office manager of Dr. Walter Shields and Mrs. Dobbins was one of my favorite patients. She always had something positive to say and faced her illness with courage. She was a delightful person, and I will sorely miss seeing her. May the family gain comfort in knowing others care also.
