To all of Jean's family,
Jean was my first neighbor on Round Hill after Bob and I were married. Cynthia and Robert adore your family as we do. We shared many special moments together over coffee talk and family events. I shall always remember the special place Jean has in my heart and for her straightforward honesty-no matter what!
Love, Joan

Bob,words can not express how sad we are for the passing of Jean . You two are very much loved by us. Please take comfort in these words fom John" Let not your heart be trouble: ye believe in God, believe also in me.In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back again, and receive you unto myself: that where I am, there ye may be also."
We Love You Jay, Amerah, and Linda

Bob, Gary and I could not have asked for better neighbors than you and Jean. I don't know what I would have done without you and Jean saving me from the snake and how Jean would laugh when all I had to do was call and scream and in minutes you'd be at the door without my saying a word. Somehow her laughter calmed my terror and I knew it would be okay. She was a joy to be around and how much fun we had talking about clothes and fashion. I'll miss seeing and talking to her out front in the summer enjoying the sunshine. She will be missed, but Gary and I feel fortunate to have known her for these past 7 years. May God keep you and Jean's family happy in the special memories of being loved and cared for by such a sweet lady. Gary & Nancy

Dearest Jill,
I Love You..
and am holding you close to my heart..as well as our prayers~~~

Your mom is a legacy in many regards,
and she was a loving wife and mother
to five GREAT children!!

Please allow me
to visit memory lane:

I remember her love to cook,
and Jean introduced me to her
cinnamon toast..to be made
on none other than Roman Meal Bread :)
I think we used a loaf at a time!!

Her oyster stuffing was fabulous..
and her oven broiled tomatoes with spices were delicious!!

I loved riding in
the family station wagon :)
(way before Chevy Chase
made it famous :)
and remember Jean faithfully
handing out candy
while we trick or treated with pillowcases weighted down while we toured ALL of Round Hill!!!

We had summer filled days of back yard fun w/ garden hose in hand. You, Bryan and I ran around trying to avoid loose nails and honey bees while your mom was getting brown as a berry as she tanned while watching us.

One favorite memory for me is our
mom/daughter date at my parent's pool
when our girls were little xo xo

Jean's infectious laugh
and love for life
will be greatly missed..

I pray that GOD will comfort you and your family as only HE can do during this tremendous loss..

I cherish you, my childhood friend
in my heart...
and if you ever need someone to:
sit with you..
cry on...
or share life with..
I would be Honored to be "THAT GIRL"
