Radford and I were best friends for 45 years. He will be missed much, but will always be in my heart. He was a wonderful person and I feel fortunate to have had him as a friend.

Our Thoughts and Prayers are with the entire family at this very hard time. Radford was a very kind man and heaven has one more special angel watching out over the entire Price Family and the many people of Blacksburg he has helped out through the years.
Rest In Peace Radford. You were very loved by many and will remain in their memories forever.
And to the family. Radford had a tremendous strength in his heart and soul and I am sure at this very hard time for all of you he would want all of you to remain as strong as possible, our sympathy goes out to all of your family.

I will miss you grandad. you have always been there for everyone giving the shirt off of your own back and going without just so someone else didn't have to. there aren't many people with hearts as big as yours. I love you grandad.
