I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Perdue's passing. Katie was a student of mine at an After-School program, and Mrs. Perdue would pick her up everyday. I know Katie loved her Grandmother very much. I pray that the family will take comfort in knowing their loved one is in a better place.

Teresa will be greatly missed, she was a good loving person who i had the pleasure of working with. I was sadden to hear of her passing, but i also know she is gone to a better place where there is no more suffering no more pain..Just know that she is still with you. When your journey ends here on earth she will be there waiting for you at the gates to heaven. Stay strong and remember you will see her again one day.

I first met Teresa back in the early '70s when we worked together at Kenrose. Years later she became my work/study student at VWCC. I was so thrilled to see her again! She was a wonderful, cheerful, friendly woman, dedicated to her family, someone whom I've never forgotten. I'm so very sorry for your loss.
