Ruby Huff Obituary

Ruby Boyd Huff, of Floyd, died Friday, December 4, 2009, at the age of 92. She is predeceased by her husband, Edmond Huff, parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Boyd, brothers, Harless, Clarence and Leonard Boyd, sisters, Gladys Smith, Beatrice Atkinson and Lena Simpson, and daughter-in-law, Patty Huff. She is survived by her children, Robert "Bobby" and Janet Huff, Rockville, Va., Bernard Huff, Richmond, Va. and Shirley and Bob Phipps, Asheville, N.C. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday at Maberry Funeral Home from 5 to 7 p.m. The funeral services will be Monday, December 7, at 11 a.m. at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Ronnie Sutphin and Chris Harmon officiating. Interment will follow at Jacksonville Cemetery. Send online condolences by visiting maberryfuneralhome.com . Arrangements by Maberry Funeral Home, Floyd.

I will always have good memories of Ruby. I havent seen her in years, but have thought of her often. she was a beautiful lady.
