Emory Eugene Stump, 78, of Goodview, Va., passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2009. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 9, 2009, at Lotz Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel.

Dessie, Ronnie & Tim,
We are certainly very sorry for your loss. But we also take comfort, and hope that you may also, that the Lord has given Emory relief from his earthly ills.
Emory was a "larger than life" man in this world and he will be missed. He always had a smile and a funny story for everyone that he met. He never met a stranger so everyone that knew him could call him a friend.
