I only met Patsy a few times, but during those times she was warm, welcoming, and made me feel like I'd known her my whole life! She was one of many people in Salem I've missed since I had to move away, and I will always hold dear the memory of the few times I got to visit with her.

I did not know her that long...not quite 3 years ...met her when she was being sworn in as Regent of the Ft. Lewis DAR and I was there being sworn in to be her new Recording Secretary. She marched up to me and I had no idea who she was and told me where she lived and that we were to meet at her house that summer as "we had a LOT of work to do!!!" I was in awe of her.
She made me feel more a part of the DAR than I had up until then as I had not been a member all that long when we met. She had that perky person energy. She was fun to be with. I will miss her a lot.

I will miss Patsy and all her energy.
She loved her sewing machine, about as much as any person, I'd ever met. Calling it her "baby", she took such good care of all her sewing projects. We will truly miss her in Star Quilt Guild. I am sure that she is stitching
beautiful quilts in heaven! What an angel. Fondly, Mary Lou Lumsden

The Beam Family,
We are very sorry for the loss of your love one. Patsy was a jewel and a very special person.
We will miss her smilling face,e-mails and her friendship.
She loved her family so much and the grandchildren was her pride and joy.
We were happy to share our vegetable each year with her. She would tell me that she would freeze the squash so her son could have them when he got home. She looked out for each one. Her love will never end.

She will spend Christmas in heaven this year. I know the Lord knows best.
