Virginia Hardee Obituary

Mrs. Virginia Hardee, 94, of Roanoke, Va., passed away on Friday, December 18, 2009. She was predeceased by her parents, James and Maggie Hardy; her husband, James Hardee; a sister; and a brother. Survivors include her son, James Hardy; daughter, Peggy Ruth Hardy, all of Roanoke; sister, Ruth Golder, of Pittsburg, Pa.; granddaughter, Sonya Hardy; two great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Monday, December 21, 2009, at First Baptist Church Gainesboro with the Rev. Kenneth Wright officiating. Interment will follow in Williams Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the funeral service. Friends may call at Serenity on Sunday, December 20, 2009, from 2 to 8 p.m. for viewing. Grandma im going to miss u soooo much!!! The only memory thats stuck in my head is when the times you called me Janelle besides saying Danielle and i use to laugh everytime you called me that!!
