Will always love you, Darryl! May you rest in peace with our loved ones who have gone before!

January 23, 2010

Well little buddy? I'm glad you answered my prayers. I still miss you but I'm going to be able to go forward. Didn't think I was going to make it this round. Losing you has been the hardest so far. I loved the rest but the love between a brother and sister is so much more deeper than I ever imagine. I will see you one of these days to celebrate in Heaven. Love you Joyce Lynn

My big brother,
You will always be forever in my thoughts and my prayers. All the times we spent together doing what young and crazy guys do. We made a ton of memories,I replay alot of them in my head all the time, they put a smile on my face and laughter in my heart through a very hard time. The one thing I will cherish always is the conversations we had Tuesday and Wednesday before you past. I told you there is a future beyond this life, and we need to plan for that and I believe you did. So I will see you again soon and we can rejoice with all those that has left this earth before us.You are my big brother and you were a brother to many. You will be truly missed, but you will always be truly loved.
Your little brother, Kirk

Dutch,
I need you so bad. I need you to help me get past this. I am having such a hard time thinking about the smiles you had on your face Christmas Eve. With the little thought of this was going to be some simple procedure and then the next minute you were not going to be here for me. I need you to send me some comfort some way some where. I love you.

It's 2:50 am and your on my mind. I think of stories, stories, stories. I remember when you were little with a little weight on you and I used to tell you. If you don't behave I'm going to take you to the top of Thrasher Park Hill and push you and you was going to roll to the end of the earth. My friend your there now. I know with no pain but the pain of not having you here is really hard. I look at your face and I miss your smile so much. God I wished you were here to ask me for my car once again. You were a very good brother no matter what your disease was, I loved you.

Today will be another hard day in my life. One that marks a place on the calendar again. Death is so hard on us who live. But a blessing to those of us that go on to a much better place. I guess I'm just jealous because you went before me to be with our Lord and Savoiur. I miss you my brother. May God give us all strength today to get through this.

Dutch,
I will never forget your sweet smile-that is what I will remember the most when I think of you and I know I will see that sweet smile again when we meet in heaven. I will never forget the fun times growing up, you will never be forgotten. And to the family you are all in my thoughts, prayers and my heart. And I know from time to time we will ALL feel Dutch smile- through a ray of sunshine, a sparkling star in the night sky and the smell of rain. He will forever be in our hearts. God bless and Love always.

You guys have always been family to us and I have always appreciated all that you have done for me. Dutch was nothing short of a man full of love, life, and humor and I know he helped to build a strong family to get through tough times such as these but if you ever need anything no matter how small, just call the Fulchers.

TO ALL WHO KNEW AND LOVED DUTCH, I have lost a lot of friends and family in the years past. We all have people who come into our lives that TOUCH us! YOU MY FRIEND WAS ONE OF THEM!! Always a smile and a story. To be called on Christmas has to be a blessing in itself. There must be something waiting for you, THAT ONLY YOU COULD FIX - AND YOU COULD FIX ANYTHING!! REMEMBER: WHEN IT COMES TO LOSING A LOVED ONE, DAYS ARE LIKE YEARS AND YEARS ARE LIKE DAYS. KEEP THE FAITH! RICKY

Brother,

You’re in heaven now and away from this life of struggles here on earth. You can’t even imagine the pain we are all in over losing you. You were so good hearted and had so much love for so many while you were here on earth. I know when you got there dad was glad to take you by the hand and give you a hug. I know your battle of this old world for so many years is over. You really never got over dad’s death. So now my brother your there with him and don’t have to spend anymore time away from him. What a glorious reunion you must have had. Granddad picking on his guitar, Grandma fixing you some of her famous biscuits, Dad sitting at the table giving you some advice and Ashley hugging your neck. And you laughing saying “My names Dutch I blow Base” So many memories you have left me with to cherish deep in my heart. I know the past few years we didn’t spend a lot of time together but you knew I loved you whole hearted and I knew you loved me whole hearted. 100% true love. It was really sad to watch you suffer with your life long disease but now your battle is over and you can tell all your stories to those there. Stories you loved stories, your friend Kenny was there the other night and boy did he stand up and tell your stories for you. So much pain in the room knowing we were losing you, but also joy in our heart that you didn’t have to fight with your battles here on earth any longer. It was so hard to see you go but faith and hope of knowing your in heaven with our Lord and Savior eases the pain. Each day will become easier but never will your memory fade. I love you brother and will miss you so much. Looking forward to that glorious day of reunion with my Lord and Savior and you all. Love Your Sister Joyce Lynn
